27 What rights do remaining joint holders have in approving or otherwise the person who then by bequest joins them in the grave?

Where an interment right is severally held (i.e. it is a portional contract and one of the joint holders is deceased, but not interred into the site) and therefore is able to be bequeathed what rights do the rest of the joint holders have in approving or otherwise the person who then by bequest joins them in the grave?
