Narromine Shire Council has always allowed the option to reserve a perpetual interment site which holds the interment site until it is required. The cost of a gravesite less the reservation fee paid is charged at that time the gravesite is used. We are currently updating our application form and I could find no section of the Act  that relates to the reservation of a site as opposed to the purchase of a perpetual interment right. Can anyone point me in the right direction or provide me with the section in the current legislation.
